Before using a power supply, what should be paid attention to?
If the label shows "Universal AC input", the power supply can be used almost any where of the whole world, all you may need is a power cord with the electrical plug that fit your countrys electrical system.
If the label show: AC 115V/230V or AC 88~132V or 180~264V, or something like this, you must make sure the voltage selector switch is on the proper voltage before you use it.

When setup power supplies, what are the important things need to pay attenion to?
Heat Spread out: Keep enough space for air flow as to spread out heat. If necessary, add cooling fan to reenforce air flow.
Wiring: Separate input and output wiring to avoid noise. The wires must be thick and short enough to carry electrical current, otherwise, it cauld cause voltage drop, heat, fire and many other dangerous situtions. For loding of wirings, click hear.
Mounting Screws: It is important to notice the length and torsion of mounting screws. Both should just be proper to ensure insulation and stability.
Ground: Connect the "FG" or "PE" point of the power supply to the earth to protect users from shock hazard.
